Marie Lafosse | Architect - Associate / Teamlead

Associate architect with a refined technical eye, Marie manages projects from design to execution and drives process development within FELT.

Marie obtained her Master’s degree in Architecture from KU Leuven, Sint-Lucas Ghent, and spent an Erasmus semester at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette. Before joining FELT in 2019, she worked at PTArchitecten and osar architects, where she contributed to a range of social, educational, and housing projects, developing a solid experience in design and execution phases alike.

At FELT, Marie is a project architect involved in both public and private commissions. She led the planning and execution of the award-winning Villa Kameleon in Monnikenheide and currently oversees projects such as the Watersportbaan tower in Ghent and the Olijf housing project for AG Vespa. Her work reflects a precise, grounded approach where material expression and user experience are closely intertwined.

As an associate, Marie oversees process optimisation and knowledge development within the office. She plays a key role in refining internal workflows and fostering a culture of shared expertise. Her structured and pragmatic approach strengthens the team’s methodological consistency and supports the professional growth of younger architects in matters of project management and client relations.
